Skin testing

All new clients are required to be skin tested.

We also ask if any of the following applies you let the salon now quickly so we can arrange to be re tested.

• Have recently had a tattoo or henna
• Are pregnant
• Had ANY change to medical history since your last colour service
• Have allergies or on any antihistamine medication
• Have had an allergic reaction to ANYTHING since your last colour service

You may be required to have further skin testing at any time we require and we will let you know at the time of booking.

By booking an appointment you are agreeing to our policy and will be skin tested when requested.

Our cancellation policy will apply if you fail to have a skin test when required, your appointment will be canceled and our fee will still be charged.

Cancelation

We operate a strict 48 hours cancelation policy.

Cancelation within 48 hours, 50% of the service charge will be applied.

Cancelation on the same day or no show appointment 100% of service charge will be applied.

If a balance is owed no further booking will be expected until this is cleared.

We do not hold card details all booking fees taken online are stored through our booking system STRIPE and are fully GDPR compliant.

Booking

Bookings can be made over the phone or online.

Online bookings require a 50% booking fee.

Telephone bookings for some services will also require a 50% booking fee taken at the time of booking.

If your booking has to rescheduled due to enforced government closure your booking fee will be retained and transferred to reopening appointments.

Complaints

BOHAIR has a no refunds policy, however we always endeavour to meet your needs. If we do fail to meet your expectations please tell us!

We all care and take pride in our work and the relationships we build with you. We’d much rather be given the opportunity to rectify any issues.

Please let us know within a week of your appointment if you are unhappy with any aspect of the service you received and we will work with you to ensure any issues are resolved quickly and to get the best possible outcome.
